HOW SOON WILL PHOTOS BE DELIVERED?
Real estate photos are typically delivered within 24 hours of shooting. Real estate videos are delivered within 2-5 days after shooting.
HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION TAKE?
Although there are exceptions and many variables, I can generally shoot homes under 3,500 sq ft in roughly an hour or less. Home preparations contribute to this time significantly. Please make sure all cleaning, home prep and staging is completed before I arrive!
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH EVERY SPACE IN THE HOUSE?
Unless you specifically ask, I do not typically shoot half baths, secondary closets, linen closets or interiors of garages (unless clean and/or empty). If you would like any of these spaces photographed, please let me know!
DOES THE REALTOR OR HOMEOWNER NEED TO BE THERE FOR PHOTOS?
Nope! I am absolutely comfortable completing solo photo sessions and I am always careful to leave a home as it was upon arrival. I understand that time is precious in this business, so there’s no need to feel as if you must be present for photos.
HOW WILL PHOTOS BE DELIVERED?
When your photos are ready, I’ll email you a link with a Google Drive folder that you can download your images from.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER SERVICES YOU OFFER?
In addition to our HDR photos, drone footage and custom videos – I also offer day to dusk images and virtual staging. If you’d like more information on any of these services, don’t hesitate to ask!
